We are excited to offer Camp Anew DAY CAMP for the first time this summer! This is an opportunity for children ages 7-12 who are not ready or available for the overnight camp experience in June. Day Camp will include activities to express and address grief emotions, as well as experience fun in a safe community.
Day Camp is open to campers who are not attending the Overnight Camp.
Cost per camper is $30. Scholarships are available. Registration now open!

The death of someone is a heavy burden-especially for children and teens. Living beyond the grief is a continuing process. Climbing out of the depths requires understanding and support.
Camp Anew is a branch of Starlight Ministries and ministers specifically to children & teens ages 7-17; it is a place where campers can experience the value of gathering with other children who are grieving and learn biblically-based coping skills.
Camp activities include crafts, high ropes, small group discussions, swimming and more! The interactive activities center on methods to express and address grief emotions that may be difficult to articulate verbally.
Camp Anew helps campers recognize that their grief journey is unique and brings a greater understanding of who they are after the death of a loved one. Through fun and fellowship, campers gain lasting friendships, adventure-packed memories and the love of God’s Hope for their future.
Cost per child: $240
Scholarships available
If your child has attended before please know that crafts, activities, and discussions are similar from year to year. Because grief changes overtime there is value attending camp more than once.
